How to prepare

Method 1 – Boiling

Bring water to rolling boil; place dumplings in pot; stir occasionally, remove after dumplings float to top – approx. 8-10 minutes when starting with frozen dumplings – or 5-7 minutes for refrigerated dumplings

Method 2 – Pan Frying

Get large cast iron pan and put in few tablespoons of butter, lard, tallow, and/ or oil; bring to medium/ high heat; place dumplings in pan; rotate once brown – aprox 4 mins; continue until all sides are golden brown; cover with lid is optional

Place in boiling water – 5-8 minutes — or when begin to float
Thaw first – Pan fry – cook the bottom side first – medium heat – 3-5 minutes – option to flip onto remaining 2 sides for 1-3 minutes *Turn after slightly browning occurs
